Hindu Kush: The Real Deal Indica Strain

HINDU KUSH - BACKGROUND AND GENETICS

Hailing from the famous mountain range she is named after, Hindu Kush by Sensi Seeds is a true, pure indica strain. She has been selected for her quality and stability over countless generations and was always bred within her own gene pool. This is why Hindu Kush is so reliable and consistent and still the real deal 100% indica that has become rare these days. Almost all modern strains are hybrids of some kind so if you want a classic strain that hasn't been crossed with other cultivars, you should consider Hindu Kush for your crop.

HINDU KUSH - GROWTH AND YIELD

This compact plant is well-suited for growing uniform crops from seed. The plants are squat, have a dark green colour and develop the broad-bladed leaves that you typically associate with an indica. Hindu Kush flowers fast in only 45-50 days. The flowering is strong and stable so that the strain produces thick buds even in the hands of beginner growers. Both indoors and outdoors, the yield is rather medium. When grown under natural sunlight, Hindu Kush prefers a warm and sunny Mediterranean climate and can be harvested at the end of September or the beginning of October.

HINDU KUSH - AROM AND EFFECT

Like most varieties from the Hindu Kush mountain range, this specific cultivar has an aroma that resembles the sweetness of fresh charas. You will also notice a subtle hint of sandalwood in there. When it comes to potency, it is remarkably high, especially if you consider that this is a non-hybrid strain. The high is mellow with positive body sensations. This is typical of high-altitude indicas and sets the effect apart from more modern indica-dominant hybrids. The body effect is completed by a calm and contemplative state of mind and not so much brain-numbing like most indica strains.
