The Spanish seedbank Sweet Seeds started to write its story of success back in 2005. Some European growers might be familiar with their absolute classics like Cream Caramel, Green Poison and Sweet Afghani Delicious. Sweet Seeds is a seedbank that keeps innovating though and just in time for the new outdoor season they managed to add 2 new strains to their catalog:
The research and development department of Sweet Seeds was completely focused on the corporate identity of creating strains that are exceptionally sweet. Their goal was to create a variety that puts out sweet aromas one usually finds a Spanish candy shop or “Dulcería”. Aromas are a blend of sweet chewing gum and fruit jellies, with noticeable hints of slightly acidic strawberries, and ripe melon. Sounds pretty delicious! Crystal Candy needs a flowering period of 9 weeks to yield up to 500-650g/m². It’s a very vigorous and productive hybrid, with long side branches, and 60% Indica genetics.

This one is a new autoflowering strain for 2016, ready to blow people’s minds after 8-9 weeks of vegetation and production. Its genetic background is highly interesting, being a crossing of a “Cordobesa” Amnesia Haze clone, a plant that is quite famous in Spain, and S.A.D. Sweet Afgani Delicious Auto. The aromatic experience will be dominated by a deep and complex aroma of incense, with sweet and slightly musky undertones, coming from Afgani. Indoor yields can be as high as 400-600g/m², whereas outdoor growers can harvest up to 50-200g per plant.
